MEETING UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS

1) Scroll down and select the meeting code.

2) Select the appropriate contribution type and fill in the free identifier field.

3) To enable the correct linking of the uploaded file through the website, please enter the exact filename (case sensitive), including the extension(.doc etc). Use the following format:

Partner Update: PR_PartnerID_#Meeting_FreeIdentifier e.g. PR_AIRUK_M02_update. Testcase Update: TC#Testcase_#Meeting_FreeIdentifier e.g. TC01_M02_intro. Management File: MAN_PartnerID_#Meeting_FreeIdentifier e.g. MAN_DLR_M02_Minutes.

4) Select your partner acronym/short name

5) (Once you have made a note of step (6) CLICK SAVE, and once the page reloads, Click the 'Attach' button in the top right of the website

6) On the Attach screen, click 'Browse', select your file (as named in step 3) and Click Upload
